This 3.5 acre park is located adjacent to the Raymond E. Santmyers Youth Center, and separates Lions Park from Gertrude E. Miller Park. This park features the Warren County Splash Pad and is the future home to a shelter sponsored by former Avtex employees.

A fishing platform can also be found in the park and offers access to Happy Creek.  The park was established in 1968, and in 1996 was dedicated to Doctor Saul H. Seide in appreciation of his commitment to developing gardens and park facilities for the enrichment of our community. Seide Garden is open from dawn to dusk.
